Building the Brand- Learners’Cove, a hybrid education platform based out of Canada

Introduction:
Learners’Cove is a hybrid education platform based out of Canada. The founder is a mathematics teacher with more than 2 decades of experience in the field. The purpose & idea behind the venture is to make learning simple and easy for students, focusing on making their fundamentals strong and offering them the support that they very often lack especially during their transition from high school to higher education.
To start with, the company wants to focus only on high school students and extend their services to younger and older target groups in the future.
Mission:
The goal was to build a brand that stands out in the crowded and swiftly growing online education space and is able to occupy a distinct space in the customers’ mind that would justify the high quality service and genuineness that the founders bring to the table with their offering.
Through brand strategy we aimed to understand their target market clearly and create a branding that would make sense to them while conveying the core of the brand at every customer touch point.
Outcome:
We built the brand step by step, starting with our discovery process leading to brand strategy work sessions and discovering their optimal positioning in the market, strategizing their brand communication, designing the brand identity and working on their marketing strategy.
Mahi also took on the responsibility of the brand director ensuring their branding lines up throughout all the touch points like the website, videos, digital marketing assets, etc. and the look, feel, voice & tone are cohesive.
Impact:
The strategy session created a lot of clarity for the founders helping them work on their business operations and expedite their future plans for the business. The branding has been well received by the Learner’sCove audience and some collaterals including the website are in Beta testing stage.
