Our mission was to convey their capability & experience in talent acquisition and their expertise in handling recruitments for the executive positions & c-suites to their potential clients and help them partner with bigger & established clients.

We re-positioned the brand with clear messaging, mission & vision statements to convey the right message to their target audience. We then built a highly- effective website that helps educate & inform leads & convert customers. The brand messaging was in focus and we drafted the website & business profile content accordingly.

Story
Mega HR is a group of talent acquisition experts with a combined experience of more than 2 decades. Founded by Shanti Verma & Rakesh Verma, Mega HR has been dealing with big businesses since inception, and catering to their recruitment needs across multiple verticals and domains. Their niche being, the beauty & wellness industries, retail sector, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, IT and banking. They are experts at handling recruitment for executive & CxO positions. They also have a sparkling client list with famous brands.
All that said and done, when Mega HR recently started contemplating scaling and looking to partner with more MNCs and well established brands, they realized that it was becoming difficult to make the cut. The reasons seemingly were increased competition & lack of brand awareness among potential customers.
They were not sure how to talk about their professional accomplishments and felt their website was not good enough to be presented to top business people. They also had a lot of marketing ideas which could not be executed due to lack of direction. This drove the founders Shanti & Rakesh to take action. That is when the contacted us at Offbeat Upstairs looking for a solution.
After a couple of initial meetings and getting an overview of the situation and the problems that were stopping the owners from achieving their goals we laid out an action plan with them. We needed to start with a brand discovery to understand the vision that the founders had for their business, their target market, the customer persona and how they wanted to communicate with them. With all this information in hand we could go ahead and re-position the brand to connect & resonate with their dream clients. We could then talk about their values & beliefs and look at having an increased number of new customers coming in through a new, strategically designed & well-worded website. The brand discovery process helped the owners gain more insight into their own business and lead to some aha moments and much jubilation. This also made the direction we wanted to take for the rebrand and helped us with framing the positioning statement and getting the mission & vision on point.
Our next step was to redesign the website, make the content crisp & clear and develop it to be user friendly, educative and informative. We also had to make sure that the website acts as a good funnel, ultimately leading the user to convert.
There was some initial hesitation on the part of the clients when we recommended chopping out a lot of content from their previous website. But on explaining them the power of being precise, they gave us the go ahead.
The new website exhibits consistent branding with a fresh color palette, good quality photographs to match, user-friendly navigation, strong messaging & clear information. It highlights everything that would make sense to a potential client.
After the launch of the new website, we all have been rewards with sweet fruits of or labor in the form of lower bounce rates and increased leads. The quality of leads overall is better than before, they are more informed and are ready to buy or need less convincing to convert.
We matched the messaging, voice & tone for the business profiles that are sent to potential clients via mail. This has led to conversions too.
The entire project was completed in a short span of time of 3 weeks. We enjoyed working on this and loved to see the positive results within a couple of weeks of the launch. We are thankful for Shanti & Rakesh’s cooperation and support.
